It's so nice to get stuff accomplished!
I had a pretty good weekend, for all that work was slow friday and sunday nights.
The GF and I lugged all the crap we shoved into the craft room when we started our remodeling project in the bedroom (which is not yet done, agh), my desk and the steam trunk and all my boxed crap and then all the crap that piled on top the crap already there... It's so true that mess breeds mess;;; You could barely walk two feet into the room!
Well, like I said, we lugged it all out and also half the stuff that's supposed to be there. I went through all my old cosplay costumes and picked out which ones to sell or trash, we re-organized the closet and re-boxed almost everything to make it fit better.
We were then about to fit everything that wasn't leaving the house for good back into the room and managed to bring it back to peak use-ability.
justbolts immediately moved her resin casting and mold making set over from the kitchen counter to the craft table! Yay!
Over the weekend I was also able to finally finish something I'd been putting off for too many months, organizing the yearly fandom party I hold at a local con. I am a terrible procrastinator that traps herself in a crazy guilt-stress loop that frequently causes me to crash and burn. This comic sums up my life.
justsmut is Beartato, I am Reginald, and
justbolts is Harrison. In nearly every strip this guy does, it's true about our life together. Except for the part where I have a girlfriend.
